David graduated from Samford University after receiving a deparmental award in Computer Science in 2005. He moved to New Orleans that year to study law at Loyola, and later at Santa Clara, where he earned his JD and LL.M. David worked as a title analyst during the aftermath of the foreclosure crisis at a law firm representing Fannie Mae and other major lenders. He examined and cleared title to a rolling inventory of hundreds of properties, facilitating the REO resales and getting deals to the table. After confronting and solving some of the worst title problems in the foreclosure world, David took a position as a Closing Attorney at a local title company with offices in Baton Rouge and Metairie where he was the abstractor, title examiner and closer on hundreds of successful transactions. He conducted closings en español, taught classes for Realtors on real estate law, and closed homes in almost every city in southeastern Louisiana. David brings a tech-centric pragmatic approach to the secondline family, to make your closings as easy and convenient as possible.
